Nous vous avions de\u0301ja\u0300 parle\u0301 de cette nouvelle e\u0301tape de la transition e\u0301cologique dans notre article sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moncoyote.com\/blog\/automobile\/actualites-automobile\/loi-climat-2021-ce-qui-va-changer-pour-le-secteur-automobile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>la loi climat 2021<\/strong><\/a>. Actuellement, les objectifs du Parlement europe\u0301en concernant le marche\u0301 automobile se pre\u0301cisent&nbsp;: les de\u0301pute\u0301s viennent de voter <strong>l\u2019interdiction de vente des voitures thermiques neuves a\u0300 partir de 2035.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #64e600\">Retour sur la de\u0301cision du Parlement europe\u0301en<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est dans le cadre du <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;paquet&nbsp;climat&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> vote\u0301 le 8 juin 2022 que le texte a e\u0301te\u0301 adopte\u0301 avec sept autres textes majeurs, ayant pour but d\u2019atteindre la <strong>neutralite\u0301 carbone d\u2019ici 2050.<\/strong> Alors que de nombreux de\u0301pute\u0301s e\u0301taient en faveur d\u2019une interdiction totale des voitures thermiques apr\u00e8s 2035, seulement la vente de ve\u0301hicules neufs sera interdite a\u0300 partir de cette e\u0301che\u0301ance.<\/p>\n<p>Les voitures thermiques achete\u0301es jusqu\u2019en 2035 pourront continuer de circuler et m\u00eame \u00eatre revendue sur le marche\u0301 de l\u2019occasion. Cependant, le texte risque de subir encore quelques modifications puisque des ultimes ne\u0301gociations entre le Parlement et le Conseil auront lieux prochainement.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #64e600\">Un calendrier a\u0300 suivre pour les constructeurs automobiles<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>S\u2019ils restent encore quelques de\u0301tails a\u0300 re\u0301gler, les grandes dates sont de\u0301ja\u0300 fixe\u0301es pour les constructeurs automobiles&nbsp;: <strong>d\u2019ici 2025, les ve\u0301hicules neufs devront re\u0301duire leurs e\u0301missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> de 15%, puis de 55% d\u2019ici 2030<\/strong>. Nous pouvons donc nous attendre a\u0300 une importante conversion vers l\u2019e\u0301lectrique chez l\u2019ensemble des constructeurs europe\u0301ens dans les anne\u0301es a\u0300 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, un point reste difficile a\u0300 appre\u0301hender&nbsp;: les constructeurs automobiles pourront continuer a\u0300 vendre leurs ve\u0301hicules a\u0300 moteur thermique en dehors de l\u2019Union Europe\u0301enne\u2026 Une exception quelque peu proble\u0301matique puisque si l\u2019ensemble des continents ne re\u0301duit pas ses e\u0301missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub>, aucun d\u2019entre eux ne sera e\u0301pargne\u0301 par les conse\u0301quences du changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Thierry Breton, le commissaire europe\u0301en au marche\u0301 inte\u0301rieur, encourageait m\u00eame les constructeurs a\u0300 continuer de vendre leurs voitures en dehors de l\u2019Europe\u2026 Une contradiction qui risque assez vite d\u2019\u00eatre pointe\u0301e du doigt.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #64e600\">Quelles alternatives apr\u00e8s 2035 ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour l\u2019instant, <strong>les ve\u0301hicules hybrides ne pourront pas non plus \u00eatre vendus apr\u00e8s 2035<\/strong>, mais une clause de revoyure a e\u0301te\u0301 fixe\u0301e pour 2026 afin de re\u0301e\u0301valuer la question. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, le sujet sur les <strong>carburants de synth\u00e8se<\/strong> est encore en cours de discussion. Le vice-pre\u0301sident de la Commission charge\u0301e du Pacte Vert a affirme\u0301&nbsp;: \u00ab Cela ne semble pas re\u0301aliste, ces carburants semblent exorbitants en termes de co\u00fbt, mais si les constructeurs nous apportent la preuve du contraire, tant mieux. La balle est dans leur camp, la Commission fera preuve d&rsquo;un esprit d&rsquo;ouverture sur ce point \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si diffe\u0301rentes alternatives telles que <strong>les carburants de synth\u00e8se et les biocarburants<\/strong> se de\u0301velopperont dans les anne\u0301es a\u0300 venir, nous pouvons imaginer que les constructeurs se tournerons majoritairement vers l\u2019e\u0301lectrique.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #64e600\">Motos et scooters : les deux-roues sont-ils concerne\u0301s ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour le moment, <strong>le texte de loi vote\u0301 ne concerne pas les deux-roues motorise\u0301s<\/strong>&nbsp;! Si l\u2019Union europe\u0301enne ne s\u2019est pas attaque\u0301e a\u0300 ce type de ve\u0301hicule c\u2019est certainement parce qu\u2019elle sait que les constructeurs ne sont pas encore pr\u00eats a\u0300 faire la transition vers le tout e\u0301lectrique. Par conse\u0301quent, il se peut qu\u2019une ve\u0301ritable explosion du nombre de motos et de scooters ait lieu chez ceux qui refuseraient de passer a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301lectrique\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #64e600\">\u00ab Amendement Ferrari \u00bb, le luxe e\u0301pargne\u0301 ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les deux-roues ne sont pas les seuls e\u0301pargne\u0301s par le texte de loi : <strong>les constructeurs automobiles vendant moins de 10&nbsp;000 ve\u0301hicules par an ne sont pas concerne\u0301s <\/strong>pour l\u2019instant.
