De\u0301sormais, ce sont 136 points de contr\u00f4le qui sont ve\u0301rifie\u0301s durant l\u2019examen. Retour sur les ve\u0301rifications re\u0301glementaires re\u0301cemment entre\u0301es en vigueur et les changements que cela implique pour re\u0301ussir aujourd\u2019hui a\u0300 passer le contr\u00f4le technique avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#64e61e\"><strong>Quels sont les nouveaux points de contr\u00f4le technique 2023&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le 20 mai 2023, le contr\u00f4le technique compte plusieurs nouvelles ve\u0301rifications re\u0301glementaires. Des changements en ce qui concerne le contr\u00f4le des voitures sans permis (et sans doute prochainement des motos) ont e\u0301galement e\u0301te\u0301 ope\u0301re\u0301s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ve\u0301rification du fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me eCall<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Installe\u0301 sur tous les ve\u0301hicules neufs depuis 2018, le syst\u00e8me d\u2019appel d\u2019urgence eCall doit de\u0301sormais passer au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moncoyote.com\/blog\/securite-routiere\/reglementation-routiere\/payer-son-controle-technique-moins-cher\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contr\u00f4le technique<\/a>. Pour s\u2019assurer de son bon fonctionnement, les centres de contr\u00f4le vont ve\u0301rifier que le signal GPS, le syst\u00e8me de communication par re\u0301seau te\u0301le\u0301phonique mobile, le logiciel embarque\u0301 et les composants audio ne pre\u0301sentent aucun dysfonctionnement. Toutefois, si 13 de\u0301faillances peuvent \u00eatre releve\u0301es, seule l\u2019absence d\u2019une partie mate\u0301rielle du dispositif pourra donner lieu a\u0300 une contre-visite \u2013 les autres e\u0301tant conside\u0301re\u0301es comme mineures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, la ve\u0301rification du syst\u00e8me d\u2019urgence eCall sera re\u0301alise\u0301e lors du premier passage au contr\u00f4le technique des 4 ans de mise en circulation, et ne devrait pas entra\u00eener de surco\u00fbt (l\u2019ope\u0301ration prenant quelques minutes seulement). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contr\u00f4le du dispositif OBFCM (On Board Fuel Consumption Monitoring) <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le technique 2023 comprend la ve\u0301rification du dispositif e\u0301lectronique OBFCM pre\u0301sent sur tous les ve\u0301hicules neufs particuliers et utilitaires depuis 2021. L\u2019objectif de la man\u0153uvre est de contr\u00f4ler les donne\u0301es de consommation d\u2019e\u0301nergie recueillies par l\u2019OBCFM, puis de les envoyer a\u0300 l\u2019administration de l\u2019Utac afin de constater le rendement e\u0301nerge\u0301tique et l\u2019impact environnemental du ve\u0301hicule. Toutefois, ce point de ve\u0301rification ne concerne pas les voitures particuli\u00e8res pour l\u2019instant&nbsp;; ces derni\u00e8res n\u2019y seront soumises qu\u2019a\u0300 partir de 2025, bien que leurs proprie\u0301taires puissent d\u00e8s maintenant accepter de passer au contr\u00f4le. Par ailleurs, contrairement a\u0300 la ve\u0301rification du syst\u00e8me eCall, la collecte des donne\u0301es relatives a\u0300 la consommation d\u2019e\u0301nergie du ve\u0301hicule impactera quant a\u0300 lui le prix du contr\u00f4le technique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;Les voitures sans permis de\u0301sormais soumises au contr\u00f4le technique<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre grande nouveaute\u0301 en 2023&nbsp;: les voitures sans permis doivent de\u0301sormais passer au contr\u00f4le technique pour avoir le droit de circuler. La fre\u0301quence du contr\u00f4le est identique a\u0300 celle des voitures particuli\u00e8res standards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#64e61e\"><strong>Les points de contr\u00f4le technique a\u0300 venir (probablement) en 2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs ve\u0301rifications re\u0301glementaires sont actuellement e\u0301tudie\u0301es&nbsp;; ces points de contr\u00f4le technique, encore sujets a\u0300 de\u0301bat, devraient probablement \u00eatre mis en place a\u0300 la fin de l\u2019anne\u0301e 2023 (rien n\u2019a encore e\u0301te\u0301 officiellement confirme\u0301). Parmi eux, on devrait retrouver&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La ve\u0301rification de plusieurs dispositifs d\u2019aide a\u0300 la conduite tels que l\u2019ABS et l\u2019ESP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le des e\u0301missions polluantes du ve\u0301hicule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ve\u0301rification de la fraude au compteur kilome\u0301trique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le technique obligatoire pour les motos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fin mai, apr\u00e8s moults rebondissements, le conseil d\u2019Etat a finalement donne\u0301 deux mois au gouvernement pour mettre en place le contr\u00f4le technique obligatoire des deux et trois roues. Le contr\u00f4le serait toutefois \u00ab&nbsp;alle\u0301ge\u0301&nbsp;\u00bb par rapport a\u0300 celui des voitures&nbsp;: dans un premier temps, il s\u2019agirait uniquement d\u2019une ve\u0301rification visuelle.
